Infinite Monkey Theorem hosting two-day ‘Star Wars’-themed event

The Infinite Monkey Theorem is hosting The 4th Awakens Denver where the RiNo wine lab/taproom will turn into the Mos Eisley Cantina for a “force-filled” First Friday event this Friday. These festivities will be followed by a family-friendly event on Saturday. Details are below for both #The4thAwakensDenver events:

First Friday Dec. 4 (adults only), 4 to 10 p.m.:

  • Original “Star Wars”-themed art by the Tired Pirate on display and for sale.
  • Free real “Star Wars” tattoos for the first 18-20 people from Marion Street Tattoo.
  • Stellar eats from Rezzy’s Kitchen food truck serving a “Star Wars”-themed food menu.
  • Death Star mulled wine drinks available for $1 in addition to all IMT beverages.
  • Galactic sounds from DJ Ejay who will mashup tracks from “Star Wars” movies.
  • “Star Wars” films episodes IV, V and VI will be shown during event.
  • Free entry.

Family-Friendly Event Dec. 5, (family-friendly) 2 to 5 p.m.:

  • “Star Wars”-themed student art displayed from Westerly Creek kindergartners.
  • Guided art activities with live event painter Ashley Joon.
  • Stellar eats from Smoke BBQ food truck at 2 p.m.
  • Death Star mulled wine drinks available for $1 in addition to all IMT beverages.
  • Original “Star Wars-themed” art by the Tired Pirate on display and for sale.
  • Free entry.

Proceeds from the auction sale of one of the Tired Pirate’s non “Star Wars” original paintings and $1 from every Death Star drink sold at the IMT taproom from Friday through Dec. 18 will benefit Westerly Creek Elementary’s art and music program.
