Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse (8100 E. Orchard Road, www.delfriscos.com) is holding a cigar dinner starting at 6 p.m. Nov. 16.
Cigar roller Edel Gomez, owner of Sanchez Gomez Cigars will be there for an intimate Woodford Reserve and El Toty Cigar Dinner. Enjoy cigars, small batch bourbon with passed appetizers and a three-course dinner accompanied with live music.
Indulge in shrimp tempura, ahi tuna croquets and mini crab cakes for appetizers, a seasonal fall salad, a prime 16-ounce ribeye served with truffle mac and cheese and haricot verts with lemon beurre blanc and top it off with butterscotch Napoleon.
Each course will be paired with a selection of Woodford Reserve small batch bourbons. Savor three different El Toty cigars and take home a cigar rolled by Gomez himself. ($145 per person). Seating is limited. For reservations, call 303-796-0100.
