On Veterans Day, Tuesday, the Barnes & Noble book store at 960 S. Colorado Blvd. in Glendale will host a special Veterans Day program, beginning at 1:30 p.m.
The Denver Municipal Band brass quintet will play patriotic songs.
Dr. John Elliff and Denny Dressman will present a World War II program based on the book “Sterling Heroes of World War II”, which they wrote together, with an audience discussion following.
And, most important, all veterans in attendance will be recognized.
