Argyll kicks off beer dinner series Wednesday

Argyll Whisky Beer teams  up with Renegade Brewing Company for the season’s premiere beer dinner event (one of many to come), beginning at 6 p.m. Wednesday at 1035 E. 17th Ave.
Argyll will offer hand-selected beer pairings for chef John Broening‘s four-course menu. The event will kick off with a reception beer and paired amuse, and move into multiple courses of the Gastropub’s carefully crafted cuisine, highlighting the offerings of the brewmaster. Four course menu to include:
Course One: Salad of warm goat cheese, roasted peppers, local greens and citrus vinaigrette.
Course Two: House cured sage and citrus ham.
Course Three: Wagyu Beef with caramelized onions, black beans and tortillas.
Dessert Course: Chocolate torte with Oreo ice cream.
