The public is invited to the Denver premiere screening of “Alive Inside: A Story of Music & Memory” with two screenings at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday in The Denver Post lobby and theater at 101 W. Colfax Ave.
Hailed as “joyous” and “unexpectedly uplifting,” this documentary looks at the powerful effect music has on people suffering from Alzheimer’s and dementia, and how music therapy can ease their suffering. Events include film, discussion and reception which start at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. prior to the screening of the film
