Celebrating its 30th anniversary, the 2015 Parade of Homes, produced by The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, opens Thursday through Labor Day (Sept. 7) to demonstrate the latest in decorating, construction technology, architectural concepts and energy efficiency.
The Parade of Homes, one of Denver’s summer traditions, annually attracts more than 100,000 visitors.
All Parade homes are for sale and range in style from ranch, townhome and two-story, to traditional and contemporary. They also offer a variety of lifestyles from urban, master planned communities, golf courses and more.
This year’s Parade features 74 new homes located throughout metro Denver from Windsor to Castle Rock, from Arvada to Aurora and in between.
The Parade of Homes is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays. Admission to see the homes is free.
There are 27 national, local and custom home builders represented in this year’s Parade with homes ranging in price from $244,000 to more than $2 million. For more information, go to www.paradeofhomesdenver.com.
