Arvada’s Great Harvest bakery moves next door

January 12, 2015

The locally owned Great Harvest Bread Co. bakery in Arvada is expanding by moving locations from its existing spot to the next-door space at 7745 Wadsworth Blvd. The bakery will continue to provide the same whole grain and specialty breads and sweets as before in addition to an expanded line of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The grand re-opening celebration will take place on Friday.

To celebrate the new location, customers that buy any soup mix will receive a half dozen bag of rolls or a mini loaf for free throughout January.

“Our new location gives us more space to provide the same great whole grain products for the community and add more products to our menu,” said owner Cheri Miller. “We want people to come in and stay awhile as they enjoy a good cup of coffee, soup and a sandwich. This new space gives us the opportunity to be more of a community gathering place.”

Miller supports the local area by selling regional products like Honeyville jams, whipped honeys and syrups, Rose’s Creamery Nut Butters and the Denver Women’s Bean Project Soup mixes.

The Arvada Great Harvest  is open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. For more information, visit www.ArvadaGreatHarvest.com or find the bakery on Facebook under Arvada Great Harvest.
