Two area eateries are feeling your pain on on Tax Day, Wednesday. To help ease the wrath of the tax man, Hard Rock Cafe on the 16th Street Mall and area Smiling Moose Delis are offering wallet-friendly deals.
Hard Rock guests can end Tax Day on a high note with free Local Legendary Burgers for those willing to take the stage and Sing for their Supper. On Wednesday, guests who visit Hard Rock Cafe Denver and sing a song on the cafe stage with the kids from Denver School of Rock will receive a free burger.
Hard Rock Cafe Denver’s Local Legendary is an open-faced knife-and-fork burger, smothered in green chili.
“The Sing for Your Supper campaign is an enjoyable way for the brand to give back to our guests and help ease the burden of Tax Day,” said John Galloway, vice president and chief marketing officer, Hard Rock International. “We hope to see many loyal fans of the brand, as well as new guests, come out to their local cafe, take the stage and try one of our unique local burger offerings.”

To help ease the burden of tax season on families this year, all Smiling Moose Rocky Mountain Delis will offer guests free kids meals after 3 p.m. with the purchase of any large entrée, chips and a drink today through Friday. Guests can claim the offer by visiting the Smiling Moose Facebook Page, starting today. The offer is redeemable in-store only with proof of claim via smartphone or printed confirmation.
Denver-based Smiling Moose offers a variety of options for kids including gooey mac and cheese, grilled cheese, PB&J on multigrain, chunky chicken noodle soup, toasted cheese quesadillas and a create-your-own sandwich with choice of meat and cheese. Every kids meal comes with a drink and applesauce.
