Pismo glass owner shutting stores

After 25 years selling fine art and glass at Pismo galleries in Cherry Creek North, Vail and Aspen, owner Sandy Sardella is shutting down doors No. 1, 2 and 3.

Her decision to close was not due to financial hard times – she told The Denver Business Journal that 2014 was her best year ever – she wants to retire.

Sardella, wife of former 9News anchor Ed Sardella, is running “retirement” sales through March 31 at the Cherry Creek store (2770 E. Second Ave.), and through mid-April at the ski resort store to take advantage of the ski season.
