The Palm restaurant, inside The Westin Denver Downtown at 16th and Lawrence streets, is having a four-course dinner paired with wines from Ceretto Italian estates, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
The Ceretto family is best known for its award-winning Barolo’s, introducing high-quality Arneis and Moscato and their famous truffle hunts. You’ll experience all four during this dinner.
Each wine offering is matched to a dinner course to highlight and complement the wine featured. A Ceretto specialist will guide diners through the pairings during the reception and four-course meal.
