In celebration of World Vegetarian Day on Wednesday (who knew?), Jill’s Restaurant, located inside of Boulder’s St. Julien Hotel & Spa, will dedicate its Ooh La La lunchtime service to all things vegetarian.
Crafted by Jill’s Executive Chef Laurent Mechin, a native Frenchman, a full vegetarian buffet will be available for $12.95 per person, and will include dishes inspired by the South of France and Mediterranean, including an array of sun-kissed vegetables, which grow abundantly in these areas, combined with pastas, seafood, herbs, cheeses and olive oil.
Lunch will be offered from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and reservations can be made here.
