Colorado has a long history of producing some of the country’s best peaches year after year. To celebrate this year’s peach season, Denver’s Central Bistro, 1691 Central St., is hosting its first Peach and Bourbon Dinner at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
Guests will be served a five-course meal created by celebrated chef Matt Selby with each course paired with wine or craft bourbon cocktails made with Garrison Brothers Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Special guest Charlie Garrison, co-founder of Garrison Brothers Distillery, will educate guests on whiskey tasting, the art of distilling, the history of whiskey and the story of Garrison Brothers.
Tickets are $75. For reservations and the full menu, go to www.centralbistrobar.com/events/.
