9News traffic reporter Amelia Earhart, who’s been subbing for vacationing morning weather woman Becky Ditchfield, knows her cumulus from her cirrus.
Earhart, who’s been grounded due to a broken left hand, is poised to “ace” her finals in the broadcast meterology program at Mississippi State University.
When she completes the program, Earhart will apply for the National Weather Association Seal of Approval with the goal of becoming a certified weather watcher for 9News.
