I told you last week about area eat and drink spots offering deals to veterans on Veterans Day Tuesday. Here are some more:
* La Biblioteca (1610 Little Raven), Tamayo (14th and Larimer), La Sandia (Northfield and Park Meadows) and Zengo (next to La Biblioteca) are offering a 50 percent discount to all veterans and current military men and women.
* The Post Brewing Company (105 W. Emma St., Lafayette – www.postbrewing.com) is built in the former Lafayette VFW Post 1771 and since opening eight months ago has had a welcoming relationship with all the vets in the community. On Veterans Day, The Post Brewing Co. will buy the first beer for all veterans.
* The Corner Bar, (2115 13th Street, Boulder, www.cornerbarboulderado.com) will also be participating in the free-meal-for-veterans program as a way of saying thanks and giving back to all vets and active military. Show your active or retired military ID or wear your uniform to receive a free meal and non-alcoholic drink.
