Season five “Top Chef” winner Hosea Rosenberg will open his much-anticipated Boulder restaurant/market/butcher shop Blackbelly Market in October.

To appease future restaurant guests, Rosenberg is opening the doors of his food truck Darth Tater to serve breakfast from the Blackbelly Market parking lot, 1606 Conestoga St. No. 3, Boulder, every morning starting at 7 a.m. until the food runs out. Menu items include 0n-the-go breakfast burritos, coffee and daily specialty items.
